Privacy policy

The Studio Beyond CIC uses the personal information you provide to administer bookings, take payment, send confirmations, operate the door list, handle refunds and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Information we use

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, booking history, attendance and payment references. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card information. Resend processes transactional emails.

Email marketing

We send news about upcoming shows, events and ways to support The Studio Beyond only when you actively choose to receive it. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to make a booking. We record the wording, date and source of your consent, and use Mailchimp to manage and send marketing email. Every marketing email provides a way to unsubscribe, and withdrawing consent does not affect booking confirmations or other necessary service messages.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the booking, with authorised venue staff, or where required by law. Promoters see attendee details only when an administrator explicitly grants access. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, financial reporting, consent records and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting us. Transactional booking emails are separate from marketing consent.
